How our fencing is made

Fencing performs only as well as the wire, the coating and the consistency of the mesh. This is the process behind every roll, panel and pole we supply.

Wire selection & drawing

Wire is drawn to the diameter the product calls for. Diameter consistency is what keeps mesh opening and panel strength uniform across a roll.

Coating — GI & PVC

Galvanised coating for outdoor corrosion resistance, and PVC coating over a galvanised core where colour and extra weather protection are needed.

Weaving & welding

Chain link is woven to the specified mesh aperture; weld mesh and panels are welded on a fixed pitch so the grid stays square.

Inspection

Mesh size, wire diameter, panel squareness, coating cover and roll length are checked before a batch is cleared.

Packing & despatch

Rolls, panels and poles are bundled and labelled per lot so site teams can identify material without opening every bundle.

Custom production

Non-standard heights, mesh openings, gauges and coatings are produced against the written specification agreed with you.

Quality control

What we check before despatch

Every parameter we print on a spec sheet is a parameter we check. If a batch does not match the agreed specification, it does not leave.

  • Wire diameter tolerance
  • Mesh aperture consistency
  • Coating cover and adhesion
  • Panel squareness and weld integrity
  • Roll length and panel dimensions
  • Packing, labelling and lot identity

Made to your specification

Standard sizes cover most sites, but heights, mesh openings, wire gauges, coatings and pole sections can all be produced to a written specification for your project.
